UK 1st Class Standard Tracked Delivery (Must Be Signed For): - Shipping Option Timescale: 2 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri) This shipping option has added security of your product(s) compared to standard first class delivery, royal mail will ask for a signature to prove it has been received and a copy of the signature can be issued. In the event your product(s) are lost in the post, we are issued with a reference tracking number, so that we can trace it through royal mail and either retrieve it from where it is being kept or get you a refund for a maximum of £46.00 (if your order equates to more than this amount please choose special delivery where your package is insured up to £500). We reserve the right to refuse to send orders out by this means of shipping if your order equates to more than £46.00 and you must pay the extra costs to have it sent by Special Delivery to cover you for the correct amount should your package get lost or damaged in transit. Please note that although 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered next day using this option it is not always the case and you must allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive if choosing this shipping option, if you want something guaranteed to arrive next day you must choose Special Next Day Delivery.
UK Special Delivery Before 9am or Before 1pm (Must Be Signed For): - Shipping Option Timescale: 99% Guaranteed Next Day (Mon-Fri) This option has the same security as UK standard delivery but also has the added bonus of Next Day Delivery (on orders placed up until 3pm, any orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched the next working day) and a higher insurance level for more expensive product(s) (up to £500). We highly recommend this delivery option if you order between £46.00 & £500.00. Please choose this option if you want something delivering next day as this is the only guaranteed way of having it 99% delivered next day.
Europe & Worldwide International Delivery (Must Be Signed For): - Shipping Option Timescale: 4 - 14 working days (Mon-Fri) This Option has extra reassurance that your order has been delivered to its overseas destination, it includes tracking numbers so you can check where it is up to on its journey up until leaving the UK, a signature must be obtained when choosing this option upon delivery. If your order is over 2kgs it will be shipped using an available courier where a tracking number is still issued so you are able to keep track on it through transit.
Shipping Costs - The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Royal Mail annual rises.
Ordering & Dispatch - Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we aim to dispatch all orders that have stock available in warehouse within 2 working days from you placing your order, 24 hours for Special Delivery orders (Working Days = Monday to Friday). If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will do our upmost to keep you informed by email but unforseen circumstances do arise. Please check item description pages for estimated dispatch times as they do vary by product.
Delivery - We can deliver product(s) to most countries throughout the world. As a general guide, approximate delivery timescales AFTER dispatching your product(s) are: UK 1-5 working days Europe 5-8 working days
Delays or Loss in Transit - Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 30 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit. (This allows time for a parcel to be collected from the Royal Mail/Courier collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, or for the parcel to be returned back to us if it was not collected by you).
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact Royal Mail directly by calling 08457 740740. A member of their customer service team will be happy to assist you in completing their on-line claim form for your lost parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over their investigations relating to this, however, we are able to provide you with any shipping information, including the tracking number. Goods sent out on Royal Mail standard delivery will be insured by Royal Mail for up to £46 only, we therefore, strongly recommend that you select Premium or Special Delivery should your order amount to more than this. We reserve the right to refuse to send out items over the maximum insured amount and instead select and charge you for the shipping method we feel is most relevant to the total value of your order.
Returns By Royal Mail - If you are not home when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a calling card to which you must respond otherwise the package will be returned to us the sender. If you fail to get a redelivery or collect the package and it is returned to us, you will be contacted and may have to pay shipping costs for the package to be sent back out to you. You are also liable for any surcharges that the courier may charge us to have it returned to sender.
